Sara Feld

Sara Feld, LICSW is a dedicated child and family therapist with four years of clinical experience, specializing in trauma informed, attachment-based therapy. Grounded in the belief that secure relationships are at the heart of emotional well-being, Sara works collaboratively with children and their families to foster connection, safety, and healing.
Drawing from attachment theory, Sara supports families in understanding behavior through a relational lens—helping caregivers attune to their child’s needs while strengthening communication and trust. With a warm, empathetic, and developmentally informed approach, Sara creates a supportive space for children to express themselves and for parents to feel empowered in their caregiving role.
Sara has experience addressing a range of concerns including: anxiety, trauma, behavioral challenges, family conflict, medical complexity, ADHD, adoption and foster care. Sara incorporates the following modalities in her work with children and families: Theraplay, Child Centered Play Therapy, Trauma Focused CBT, DBT, Somatic Experiencing, and Filial Play Therapy. Outside of therapy, Sara enjoys reading, watching movies, and snuggling with her cat Willow.
