The journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step - Lao Tse
Life has a way of presenting us with struggles. Most people come to me because they are feeling overwhelmed or unhappy - with past trauma, current stressors, parenting challenges, relationships or life's hardships. I am here to help whether it is with individual, couple or family therapy. We will work together collaboratively to help navigate the journey to healing and feeling better. I use both developmental and systems focused theories to help identify and change problematic patterns or behaviors, process through traumatic experiences, and learn ways to feel better by utilizing several different therapeutic techniques. I can effectively help you get unstuck and moving forward with your goals and enjoying life.
