Maureen Maslinski, MSW, LICSW, is a co-owner at Family Circle Counseling. She has worked in the social service field for over 21 years in a variety of settings including in-home, residential treatment, outpatient and school-based. Maureen works with children, teenagers and adults of all ages doing individual and family therapy.
Maureen specializes in work with people dealing with anxiety, depression, attachment difficulties, adoption (all parts of the triad), grief and loss issues, and those who have experienced traumatic events. Maureen is trained in EMDR, TF-CBT (Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy Level 1. Maureen uses a strength based, family focused approach in order to find the best way to work with each individual or family. She enjoys helping others through building relationships with clients of multiple racial and socioeconomic backgrounds. Maureen works with each individual and family to find the best path toward healing and feeling better.
